 What are the city office hours?

Finance Office hours are:

Monday - Friday 8 am - 12 pm & 1 pm - 5 pm

 At what point is a snow emergency declared?

 Can I reserve the park shelter?

No.  Park shelters are available on a first come, first served basis.

 What are the rubble site hours?

Rubble Site hours: April-September the hours are Wednesdays- 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.; Saturdays- 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

 

 Does the city plant boulevard trees?

No.  However, the city does have a tree planting program which property owners can be reimbursed for certain types of trees.  CLICK HERE for more information on the Tree Planting Program.

 How do I locate my property pins?

The general rule of thumb is that your pins are located 6 inches inside the sidewalk, towards your property.  If you can't locate a pin, you will have to hire a land surveyer such as McLaury Engineering to assist you.  The city does not locate pins for private property.

 Where do I get my driver's license renewed?

Driver's License Exams are no longer offered in Parkston.  The nearest locations to obtain/renew licenses are:

 Who do I contact about a street light not working?

Contact city hall to report a street light out.  Personnel will then contact the appropriate utility compnany to fix the light.
