Transit Open for Business

Transit will be officially open for business as of April 18, and will be serving the communities of Hutchinson County. The Rural Office of Community Services is a private non-profit agency that offers various programs to assist community members. Our ROCS Transit program has various locations throughout south-eastern and south-central South Dakota, which provide affordable public transit services.
