UTILITY BILLING

To obtain water/sewer service contact the Parkston Finance Office at (605) 928-3321.

All new accounts for water and sewer service require a $150 deposit prior to obtaining the service. Minimum charge for 100 cu. ft. of water is $18.00. Additional usage is charged on an incremental scale. A $32.00 flat rate is applied monthly for sewer service along with $15.90 in surcharge and $10.00 in surcharge. Each surcharge is shown as a separate line item on water bill.

All bills are due by the 10th of each month.
