ANNUAL REPORTS

It is the responsibility of the Finance Officer to make an annual report to the governing body at the first regular meeting in March.  This report includes the receipts, expenses, and financial condition of the municipality, including the amount of funds in the treasury at the time of making such report and where and in what amounts such funds are deposited or invested.  This report is published in the Parkston Advance as well as filed with the South Dakota Department of Legislative Audit.  The following are the annual reports for that past few years.  For reports not listed contact the Parkston Finance Office.
