Regular meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall, Council Chambers located at 207 West Main Street, Parkston, South Dakota.  If you wish to address the Council at a meeting, please contact the finance officer to be placed on the next meeting agenda.

The Parkston Police Department is a full-service agency that is available 24 hours a day. All of the officers are certified through the State of South Dakota and continually obtain ongoing advanced training.

All new construction (not including interior remodeling) in the City of Parkston requires approval by the Planning & Zoning Commission.  Applications are avaiable on the website or at City Hall.
